The following are some details about UV curing materials: component photoinitiator: this is the key component of UV curing materials, its function is to produce free radicals or cations under the irradiation of ultraviolet radiation, and other active substances, initiating polymerization reaction. What are the applications of polyurethane adhesives?
There are three types of oligomers below: epoxy acrylate,polyurethane acrylate and polyester acrylate,and now, let's discuss the applications of the polyurethane acrylate type.Polyurethane adhesive is a kind of middle and high grade adhesive. It has excellent flexibility, impact resistance, chemical resistance,abrasion resistance and,most importantly, low temperature resistance. Because of its advantages, polyurethane adhesives are widely used in the following fields. Woodworking Industry Oligomers Applications With the improvement of People's environmental awareness, the wood processing industry has gradually used new environmental protection polyurethane adhesives to replace the former formaldehyde-based urea-formaldehyde resin, in an effort to reduce environmental pollution. One-component moisture-curable polyurethane adhesives used in the woodworking industry are liquid and used at room temperature. It is usually of high bonding strength, good flexibility and water resistance, and can be bonded to many non-wood based materials (such as metals, plastics, rubber, etc.) . The dry and wet strength of one-component polyurethane adhesive was better than that of phenolic adhesive. The bonding strength can be improved by coating hydroxymethyl resorcinol (HMR) coupling agent on the surface of bonding substrate before bonding. Shoemaking Industry Oligomers Applications Our country is always a big shoemaking country, and in recent years, the preparation technology of waterborne polyurethane is becoming mature. For some low-polarity shoe materials, such as SBS and other materials of bonding, the peel strength of polyurethane adhesive can not meet the requirements. The polyurethane shoe adhesive with high crystallinity, high crystallization speed, high cohesive strength and better peel strength can be developed by adding tackifying resin. Flexible Packaging Oligomers Applications Flexible packaging in the packaging industry has surpassed hard packaging in terms of its unique comprehensive properties, such as light weight, convenience, long shelf life, hygiene, easy storage and transportation, easy disassembly, less waste and good shelf life, such as plastic, glass bottles and cans. Because of its excellent properties, polyurethane adhesive can be bonded together with different properties of film materials to obtain cold-resistant, oil-resistant, drug-resistant, transparent, wear-resistant and other properties of the composite film for soft packaging. At present, in the domestic and foreign markets, polyurethane adhesive has become the main adhesive for the processing of composite film for soft packaging.
